A better future of work

Flexible

We believe in your freedom to work when and how you work best, to help us all thrive.

Inclusive

We want teams to reflect the rich diversity of our world, with equitable access for everyone.

Connected

We come together wherever we are – across regions and screens to work together.

We believe no-one should struggle alone

Our purpose is to combat barriers which prevent people from finding and accessing suitable support which could help them through difficult life challenges.

Did you know 11.8 million Brits struggle to find support? Because of this, two in five will delay or give up looking. Our mission is to change that by making it easier to find help fast.

First, we created My Pickle CIC (from the phrase ‘in a pickle’). With assistance from hundreds of trained volunteers we brought together details of more than 2300 support resources including helplines and support groups covering 1000+ life challenges.

We make it easy to find help fast by escaping long, unvetted searches online.

At mypickle.org we share factual and impartial information about high quality support resources with the general public. In our first year after launch we directly connected more than 3000 people to support. Our efforts were recognised in several awards including NatWest’s SE100 Top 25 Newcomers List.

We know how life changing it can be to signpost someone facing crisis to trusted support.

Our new initiative, National Support Network CIC (‘NSN’) aims to expand our reach through sharing tools and expertise to help organisations introduce or enhance signposting for their customers or employees who may be facing a variety of different life challenges.

One way we will do this is by sharing information we have collected and maintain on national support resources with partner organisations to embed onto their own websites and systems. We also plan to expand our services in coming years by co-creating new offerings with other charities and non-profits.

As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) without shareholders we offer an independent, trusted channel for organisations to discover and connect with charities, non-profits and other support providers.
