We can issue an annual invoice with payment via PO and/or credit card or BACS transfer. Please contact sales for more information.
The majority of our clients already work with other support providers, e.g. online benefits or grants tools, or external advice partners. We can easily facilitate and be part of joined-up journeys. For example, Custom Resources means you can raise awareness of your other support initiatives, and we can train external advice partners in how to use and promote your Hub too.
We would love to help make Support Hub more accessible for your charity. We offer a pay-it-forward scheme where you may be eligible to join our waiting list for a free Support Hub. Otherwise, you may be eligible for a 50% discount. Please visit our Third Sector page and join our next call to learn more.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you’ll only pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.
If you no longer wish to use Support Hub, you may cancel at any time. You’ll still have access to your paid plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.
