Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you’ll only pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.
If you no longer wish to use Support Hub, you may cancel at any time. You’ll still have access to your paid plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.
