Our free 30-minute implementation session will get your team up and running with the Support Hub. In addition, if you are hoping to build or strengthen your frontline or leadership capability in supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances, we also offer specialist training modules.
90 minute or 3 hour sessions available, max 10-12 participants per session. Online or face to face to suit your requirements. Sessions are designed to equip your customer-facing, QA or leadership teams with skills and confidence to:

- Position Support Hub in a way that builds trust and encourages uptake
- Use the Support Hub to signpost relevant resources clearly and compassionately
- Navigate conversations with empathy, clarity, and appropriate boundaries
